OW@LK Management Debate

After all, it was nice to hear some good comments.
“Flash@LK is better than any other Flash@OW” ~ Results of hard work.

Salary? … Does it matters …… For me ‘YES’…

If you are paid well then you can focus your 100% attention on your work and development… if you are not, then you have to spent considerable amount of your time to read Sunday Observer Advertisement section and apply for jobs. If you are doing that, then that’s mean company is already not getting what they are expecting from you. You are looking at other companies not at OW.

No one will ever go for a lesser benefit package. So company cannot say that “people are leaving for better jobs”. Normally when you search for better salary, the chances for finding better jobs are higher. So that is what happening at OW now. If OW wants people to stay with them then OW must do few motivation tricks that can keep staffs eye on OW matters and away from Sunday Observer.

If I’m well paid, then that’s mean me and my family is safe. That ‘safe’ felling gives me much freedom for learning new things, doing research and ability to come up with new solutions.

For me –so far- changing fields was not an issue. I really like to change my carrier path, time to time. So if I paid well I’m always ready to go for a new challenge. Meaning of my whole carrier is doing new things. So Salary is the base for that. It matters heavily.
